Reseller Program Terms & Conditions
1. Thank you for your interest in reseller program the My Business Central Campaign (“The Campaign”). My Business Central has worked to provide tools and services related to the Campaign at www.MyBusinessCentral.com.au (“Campaign Site”)
2. As an organization which wishes to become a reseller of The Campaign (“Reseller”), these terms and conditions and The My Business Central universal terms of service (here: http://www.mybusinesscentral.com.au/company/terms-conditions/) which are incorporated into this agreement by reference, govern your participation (“Terms”). You will be deemed to have accepted these terms if you apply to become a Reseller. You understand and agree that My Business Central will treat your use of any services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
3. You agree that by signing up as a Reseller, you give My Business Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to identify you as a Reseller on the Campaign Site and related materials, and reproduce, display, and use your brand, logo, trademarks on the Campaign Site and in related materials for the duration of the Campaign.
4. Participating in The Campaign does not give you any rights to the term or mark “My Business Central”, “My Career Central” and “My Coupon Central” or any other My Business Central brand, logo or trademark.
5. Any promotion of Reseller events or services on The Campaign Site does not mean that your or any other Partner’s events are endorsed by My Business Central or any campaign partners or sponsors. You must not use My Business Central or any partner or sponsor’s brand features without the relevant brand owner’s prior written consent.
6. Any personal data which you enter into the Campaign Site will be held by My Business Central subject to My Business Central’s privacy policy (available here: http://www.mybusinesscentral.com.au/company/privacy-policy/). My Business Central will share this information with trusted third parties involved in The Campaign in accordance with its privacy policy. My Business Central will not share it with other third parties unless you have given your consent to this during the sign up process or through options given to you in subsequent communications.
7. My Business Central reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the new terms on www.MyBusinessCentral.com.au. Your continued use of the Campaign Site and associated materials after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. If you use the Campaign Site or any of the services offered through the Campaign Site in contravention of these Terms, any rights or licenses which you may have been granted by My Business Central in relation to The Campaign will automatically terminate.
9. My Business Central and/or its partners may end The Campaign at any time at their sole discretion without any liability to you.
10. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other party for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages; and neither party’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will exceed $10,000.
